About Us

Some Saline residents thought Mickey’s Dairy Twist would never return to the community after closing its doors in June 2022, but Armando Pacheco DeLaCruz decided to keep the local shop’s legacy alive.

Mickey’s operates within the same building as Toarmina’s Pizza, which Pacheco DeLaCruz owns alongside Paradise Mexican Restaurant next door.

Along with the same recipes, equipment, tables, chairs, and even the shop’s original awning, Mickey’s now offers hot foods like burgers and hot dogs along with new creative ice cream flavors!

Love Mickey's - we are regulars and all seven of my kids love Mickey's too! Servings are huge. I order a small flurry and I am full. My daughters order mediums and always take them home half-eaten to put in the freezer. All Mickey's staff are not only friendly, they follow safe food precautions too. Small town feel, good customer service, and delicious ice cream!

Quick, friendly hometown services and LOTS of dessert options. Tons of different flavors of ice cream as well as toppings and choices of how it is prepared. You can get soft serve, hand-scooped, floats, sundaes, flurries, etc. My personal favorites include the dole whip soft serve cone or a banana split flurry!

What a fabulous establishment! So many delicious options. Very kid friendly, with ice cream covered in sprinkles with little eyes on the side. They even provided a bowl to my daughter who was determined to have a cone (it was nearly 90F). Thanks to their friendly staff, quick service, and outdoor and indoor seating options. The family and I are excited to come back and visit for ice cream again.
